Through our offered services, we help businesses of all sizes to manage their sales tax effortlessly and maintain compliance by helping them to report, calculate, and file sales tax to the government.

If you are a business owner who has entered into an agreement with TAX 365, your use of services will be subjected to those agreed terms and conditions.

Once you come into an agreement with us, you are subjected to provide us with the required details about you and your business for availing our services.

- Registration: If you are a business user, when you sign up to use our services as an administrator, we will ask you for some personal data that includes your name, phone number, and email address.
- Communication: If you contact us directly, we may require additional personal details about you. For example, we will ask you to provide a few personal details that include your name, company name, phone number, and email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will ask you to submit your name, contact details, email address, etc.
- Tax services: When business owners avail our services, we collect the following data about their business in order to calculate the applicable sales tax including, name, address, tax identification number, business information, previous tax payment details, and other relevant data.
2. Personal data we collect automatically
- Location details: For the business owners or visitors who visit our website to avail our services, we may collect your general information, for example, your IP address that denotes your geographic region.
- Device details: For Business owners as well as visitors, we receive data about the device and software you use to avail our services including IP address, web browser details, device identifiers etc.
- Usage details: For business owners and visitors who help us understand how you use our services and how we can improve ourselves, we receive data automatically about your interaction with our services such as date and time, browsing session, the pages you viewed, and time spent in a session.
- Details from cookies: Cookies are like small files of numbers and letters that are stored on your browser or hard drive of your computer. They contain important details which are transferred to your computer’s hard drive. For our business users and visitors, we use website cookies, invisible tags, pixel tags and web beacons to collect important information about your browsing session.
